About the Doctor :
Dr Vijay Naik earned both his dental degree and masters in orthodontics at the prestigious KLE's Institute of Dental Sciences, Belgaum (than affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad) in 1989 & 1994 respectively. He is presently attached to Maratha Mandal Dental College, Belagavi (Affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka) as Professor and Head in the department of orthodontics, where he is actively involved in both Undergraduate & Postgraduate training. He has several Research projects, presentations & publications to his credit.
He is into exclusive orthodontic practice since 1994. His active participation in advanced continuing education ensures that each patient's orthodontic treatment is developed and performed according to the most exacting standards of modern care.
Dr Vijay Naik is the recipient of Dr. RATAN. H. DOCTOR AWARD, for excellence in Indian Dental Association activities from the Vice President of India at the 3rd Triennial Commonwealth Dental Conference held at New Delhi in 2000, he is also recipient of Indian Dental Association's BEST LOCAL BRANCH SECRETARY AWARD in 1999.
